Third edition of Bernays' conference Communication Management Forum to take place on 10 and 11 May

This year's international academic conference will attempt to find a common denominator between the terms communication, tourism, culture and nation brand.

The third edition of the conference Communication Management Forum will take place under the title Finding a Common Denominator: Communication, Tourism, National Culture and Brand”. The objective of this year’s CommForum is to provide an answer to the question of the extent to which communication is truly a key factor in establishing a nation brand, how to use one’s own advantages to strengthen a country’s image and to enhance its promotion throughout the world.

Bernays’ international academic conference will be held on 10 and 11 May 2019, while abstracts must be send to email commforum@bernays.hr by 20 February 2019. Payment of the conference fee must be made by 1 April; the early registration conference fee (by 30 March 2019) amounts to 250 EUR / paper, while the standard fee for payments after this date amounts to 300 EUR / paper. Participation without presentation amounts to 100 EUR.

Participating in the conferences held in 2015 and 2017, organised by Edward Bernays University College in cooperation with partners, were nearly 300 researchers and experts from the areas of communication management and related disciplines. Consequently, we invite scientists, researchers, as well as undergraduate, graduate and PhD students to submit presentations on the stated topics. Reviewed conference papers will be published in the bilingual conference proceedings at the end of 2019, while papers with the best reviews will be published in a special edition of the academic journal Communication Management Review.
